Order processing typically takes 2 to 4 business day. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped that day, or within 48 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Returns

At DINESH JEWELLERY LLC, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we recommend inspecting your product(s) immediately upon delivery.

Any defects or faults must be reported to us within 7 working days from the day following the delivery date. Faulty products must be returned to us within 14 working days of the delivery date.

If all applicable conditions are met and the product is confirmed to be defective, DINESH JEWELLERY LLC will, at its discretion, replace the item with an equivalent product, repair the item, or provide a full refund, including the standard delivery charges.
