4. Pricing & Payment

- Full payment may be required before order processing, manufacturing, or delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Custom Jewellery Orders
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or specially ordered items are manufactured according to customer specifications and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer regarding alternatives or refunds.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of products from Dinesh Jewellery LLC. However:
- Products should be inspected immediately upon receipt.
- Any manufacturing defect or delivery issue must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.
- Approved returns must be received within 14 working days from the delivery date.
- Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made, engraved, altered, or special-order items cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
8. Repairs & Maintenance Services
Repair completion times are estimates only and may vary depending on the complexity of the work.
Dinesh Jewellery LLC is not responsible for:
- Hidden defects discovered during repair.
- Damage resulting from previous repairs performed by third parties.
- Loss or deterioration caused by pre-existing weaknesses in jewellery or watches.
9. Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage.
- Misuse or improper handling.
- Loss of gemstones.
- Damage caused by chemicals, impacts, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Dinesh Jewellery LLC.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, images, graphics, product designs, text, and branding materials, are the intellectual property of Dinesh Jewellery LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
